NOW Talent is a South African recruitment platform and job board for employers and recruitment agencies. Every employer is verified before its roles go live. It covers the whole process: writing a fair, legally checked advert (classic or humanised), listing it on the NOW Talent board and on the employer's own dedicated careers page, case-study screening of applicants, video interviews, competency-based interview guides and scorecards with several raters, background checks with the candidate's written consent, and psychometric assessment quoted per vacancy. AI assists with evidence and summaries; people make every hiring decision.

All prices exclude VAT. NOW Matters is not yet registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged at present. Once we register, VAT will be added at the rate in force, and we will let you know beforehand. Prices in USD, EUR and GBP are fixed until 31 Dec 2026.

Questions employers ask
How are employers verified?
Every employer is verified by NOW Matters before its roles go live, so there are no ghost adverts. A company account's email address and phone number are verified when it registers, and the service agreement is signed, electronically or as a PDF, before its first role is published.
Can we post only on our own careers page?
Yes. With a dedicated careers page (R17 a month, excl. VAT) you choose whether your roles also appear on the NOW Talent board or only on your own page. Roles that are only on your careers page still get a page of their own with schema.org JobPosting data, so search engines and AI agents can find them.
How does billing work in other currencies?
You can be billed in rand (ZAR), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or pounds (GBP). Prices in USD, EUR and GBP are fixed until 31 Dec 2026, at a reference rate NOW Matters sets once a year; card payments are charged in rand at that same rate. You can pay as you go, buy monthly bundles, or ask for a quote and order it with your own order number. All prices exclude VAT. NOW Matters is not yet registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged at present. Once we register, VAT will be added at the rate in force, and we will let you know beforehand.
Is AI making hiring decisions?
No. AI assists with evidence and summaries, such as scoring notes on a case study or a summary of interview answers, but people make every hiring decision (POPIA section 71). Candidates are never accepted or rejected by a machine.
